These terms apply to your use of johnfieldoutdoor.com and purchases from Johnfield Outdoor, operated by Thomas John LLC. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here.

Using the store

You must be able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address information, protect any account credentials and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with the site, misuse another person’s account or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, where collected, are displayed before an order is submitted. We may update prices and product availability. An update does not change an order we have already accepted.

We aim for accurate photos, dimensions and descriptions. Screen settings can affect color, and manual measurements can vary slightly. Photos may show campsite props; only the stated packing list is included. Check the selected option and product details before ordering.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order because of an error, unavailable goods, suspected fraud or an address outside our service area. We will contact you and refund any amount collected for a canceled order. If a material price or description error affects your order, we will explain it and ask whether you want to proceed on the corrected basis.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 3–7 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free for orders of $59 or more, or $6.99 below $59. Please read the Shipping Policy.

Unused products with original packaging may be submitted for a return within 30 days after delivery. The Refund Policy explains eligibility, return postage, the return address and refund timing. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.

Using your gear

Read the instructions supplied with the product and use it for its intended purpose. Check dimensions and setup requirements against your plans. Inspect folding parts before use, and stop using damaged items. Product listings do not imply suitability for extreme conditions or a safety certification.

Website content and links

Johnfield Outdoor’s branding, original copy and website design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not copy or republish its content commercially without permission. External links, where provided, are governed by the linked site’s terms.

Rights and responsibility

We do not exclude any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
