Where can my order go?

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Our Anchorage business address is separate from our shipping coverage.

How long should I allow?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, transit takes 3–7 days. Keep those two stages in mind when packing for a trip. See our Shipping Policy for details.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more, after discounts and before tax. Below $59, standard shipping is $6.99.

How do I compare folding chairs?

Start with the listed seat and overall measurements, then look at back support and folded dimensions when provided. A low seat suits a relaxed posture; a taller back or headrest changes how you sit for longer stretches. Our chair guide explains the tradeoffs.

Does a shelter replace an overnight tent?

Choose by the individual listing. An open-front sun shelter or mesh rest enclosure serves a different purpose from a fully enclosed camping tent. We do not assign temperature ratings or extreme-weather performance to products without documented ratings.

Is everything in a lifestyle photo included?

No. Each product’s packing list identifies what you receive. Chairs, tables, blankets and other campsite props in photos are separate unless explicitly listed as part of the item.

How should I care for fabric and folding frames?

Follow any instructions supplied with the product. Brush away loose dirt, wipe gently and let fabric dry completely before packing. Avoid force on a folding joint. Inspect parts before use, and do not use damaged gear.

What if my gear isn’t right for me?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to begin a return. Keep the product unused and preserve its original packaging and parts. Returns go to Thomas John LLC, 4611 Becharof St, Anchorage, AK 99507. Quality issues, incorrect items and transit damage have return postage covered by us; other return postage is paid by the customer. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt; approved refunds are then initiated. Read the full refund policy.
