Where we deliver

Our shipping service covers the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military postal regions fall outside our delivery area. Please use an eligible street address at checkout.

From order to doorstep

Order processing: 1–3 business days. This is the time used to prepare an order before it travels. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Transit: 3–7 days. This travel estimate begins after dispatch and is separate from processing. Weather, carrier disruptions and holiday volume can affect arrival. These are delivery estimates, rather than a promised arrival date.

Standard shipping charges

• Orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping.
• Orders below $59 have a flat $6.99 standard shipping charge.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any applicable discounts and before tax. Your order summary shows the shipping charge before you place the order.

Following your order

When tracking is available, we send the details to the email used at checkout. A shipment may take a little time to appear in the carrier’s tracking system. If your package appears delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your street address, state and ZIP code carefully. If something needs changing, contact us promptly; changes may be unavailable once an order is dispatched. We will explain any practical options before arranging a replacement shipment or additional charges.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated processing window, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. We will seek your agreement to a delay when required.
